We respect your privacy! Any information you give to scba.org or The Suffolk County Bar Association website (SCBA) will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

The SCBA may collect and maintain member personal information to provide member benefits and services. The SCBA protects the confidentiality of, prohibits unlawful disclosure of, and limits access to such personal information.

Documents containing personal information of employees and members are retained and then destroyed pursuant to the SCBA's document retention schedule.
In addition, the SCBA ensures that all vendors who have the need to know personal information of SCBA employees and/or members are trustworthy and adequately safeguard such personal information
Normal Web Site Usage
We may collect and store information during normal web site usage such as the name of your Internet service provider, the Web site that referred you to us, the pages you request, and the date and time of those requests. We may use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of customer visits. Advanced Web Site Usage – Completing and Submitting Online Forms
When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as ordering products, The SCBA may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. RETURN POLICY
MCLE and CLE live programs - A request to cancel a previous registration for a live program must be received by us no less than 24 hours prior to the date and time that the program is to presented. If such notification is timely received by us, a refund or credit to your account will be given.
Orders for a physical item and/or merchandise - A cancellation to a prior order MUST be received before the order is processed. In the event that we receive an order cancellation prior to the processing of same, a credit or refund will be issued. Once the order is processed, there will be NO REFUNDS or CREDIT GIVEN.
Physical item/Merchandise Returns - Once any merchandise is received it may only be exchanged. No credit or refund will be give. If a product is received and is defective we will gladly exchange the product in kind.
